Organic by Kiki is a Nigerian-based skincare and wellness brand specializing in natural and organic products, manufactured in Nigeria and distributed globally.
All products are made and sold under NAFDAC-approved standards.

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or authorized social media channels.
• Full payment is required before processing and dispatch.
• We accept secure payment methods via card, transfer, or other approved gateways.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will always be confirmed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available nationwide and internationally.

Delivery Fees (within Nigeria):
• ₦3,000 — Lagos Mainland
• ₦5,000 — Lagos Island / Outskirts of Lagos
• Other Nigerian cities — Delivery fee is quoted based on weight and location

Estimated delivery time:
• Lagos: 1–3 working days
• Other cities: 3–7 working days

We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to logistics or weather conditions.

4. International Shipping

International delivery fees depend on the destination, weight, and courier. Customers will be informed of shipping costs before confirmation.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products, returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items within 7 days of receipt.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@organicbykiki.com with photos for replacement or refund.

All our formulations are made from natural and organic ingredients — herbs, essential oils, butters, and plant extracts.
Please perform a patch test before full use. Organic by Kiki is not liable for allergic reactions to ingredients clearly listed on our packaging.
